Closing costs you should expect

There are certain standard costs accompanying closing the sale of a house. These costs are usually split between the buyer and seller, as dictated in the sales contract. Many are conventional, but there are nuances to each, so you'll want a real estate expert in North Carolina to help lead you through the process.

Sellers: As we get through the details of your deal, I'll not only work to get the highest sales price, but I'll also campaign for lower closing costs. And once we've arrived at an agreement, I'll fully clarify the closing costs so you are aware of exactly what you're paying for.

Buyers: When purchasing real estate in Macon County, you will receive a "Loan Estimate" (LE) of closing costs within three days of submitting your loan application. The estimate is based on the loan officer's prior experience and is required to be within a reasonable range so you're not stunned when you come to the closing appointment. I'll be willing to look through the LE with you, answering your questions and highlighting any estimates that appear to be out of the ordinary.
